Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

1. Shipping

At The Nine Aurora, each order is prepared as part of our ritual of care — handled with precision, protected with intention, and delivered with respect for time and place.

Shipping Coverage

The Nine Aurora currently ships to destinations included in our active shipping zones, including:

  • Europe (selected countries)

  • United States

  • Selected international destinations shipped via our European or U.S. fulfillment hubs

Shipping availability is determined automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
If shipping is not available to your location, checkout cannot be completed.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military bases, or destinations subject to carrier or international restrictions.
Orders placed to unsupported addresses will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

The delivery timeframes below assume that the listed weekdays are not public holidays. Where the order and/or delivery date falls on a public holiday, delivery times may be extended.

Shipping Rates

Europe

  • Free standard shipping on all orders €100 and above

  • Standard shipping (€5) on orders below €100

  • Express shipping (€10) available at checkout

United States

  • Free standard shipping on all orders $100 and above

  • Standard shipping ($5) on orders below $100

  • Express shipping ($10) available at checkout

Selected International Destinations

  • Standard international shipping (€15)
    Rates and availability are shown at checkout based on destination.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and service level and are displayed at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or external factors such as weather conditions.

Insurance & Proof of Delivery

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to your shipping address.

Once your package has been delivered and signed for at the specified address, it is no longer covered.
To ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition, a signature may be required upon delivery.
