A five-year program of global scientific research conducted across 106 countries, comparing measurable indicators of skin aging and skin health. The analysis of over 100,000 data points across 28 biophysical skin parameters — hydration balance, elasticity, barrier integrity, oxidative balance, tolerance and long-term stability — led to one discovery: the Nine Skin Longevity Zones.
Nine real-world regions where skin health parameters consistently performed better and remained more stable over time compared to other regions worldwide — stronger skin function, lower prevalence of skin conditions, and higher resilience across biological and environmental indicators. They are the foundation of every Aurora formula.
Through multi-layer comparative research: dermatological studies were integrated with datasets on skin conditions, traditional and contemporary skincare use, nutritional factors, environmental purity and local botanical biodiversity. Ingredients connected to those zones were then evaluated for their documented cosmetic role and their suitability for our formulations.
Through a seven-part program under dermatological control: dermatological patch testing on volunteers, challenge testing against microbial contamination, microbiological safety testing, consumer use tests under defined protocols, stability and accelerated aging tests from −20°C to +50°C, pH testing for skin compatibility, and independent instrumental efficacy testing of parameters such as hydration and elasticity.
Results are published per product. In instrumental testing, Noctis Longevity Night Serum showed +8.97% skin elasticity after 28 days, and 90% of participants reported softer, smoother skin by morning — with each product page carrying its own clinical and consumer numbers.
