Refund policy

At The Nine Aurora, we want every order to reflect our standard of excellence.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we will gladly assist you with a return.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.

  • Items that are opened, used, damaged, or incomplete cannot be accepted for return.

Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@thenineaurora.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Our team will provide authorization and the appropriate return address — either our EU or US fulfillment center, depending on your location.
Once approved, please ship the items back using a trackable courier service within 14 days of authorization.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Original shipping fees for express or priority delivery are non-refundable.
If items do not meet the eligibility criteria, we may decline or partially refund your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product or an item that is damaged in transit, please contact hello@thenineaurora.com within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will arrange a refund or replacement at no additional cost
